October 31: Working With Purpose

8:30 a.m. to 12 noon – Workshop (Breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m.)

Workshop Description:

Having meaning and purpose in our work and our lives is fundamental to growth and happiness.  Growth and development is one of the workplace factors identified by the National Standard on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace as a key component to creating a mentally healthy workforce.  The House of Purpose, an Ontario-based consulting firm, has designed the “Working with Purpose” workshop to “improve productivity-building employee habits that promote higher individual performance and fulfillment.”  To learn more about The House of Purpose, visit their website at:

Breakfast will be served from 8 to 8:30 a.m. and the workshop will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and will end at 12 noon.

The program agenda is available to anyone, including HRPA members, who wish to apply for professional development credits.


Space is limited to 40 general admission seats at $75.  An additional 10 discounted seats are reserved for students.  If these seats are not filled by October 22nd, they will be opened to all at the full admission fee of $75.  Please register early.
