Speaker:  Ian Crawford with Navigator Coaching and The House of Purpose

Registration fee:  $20 (includes breakfast)

About this workshop:

Speaker Ian Crawford, will use an evidence-based, brain friendly and inclusive framework to talk about workplace challenges such as productivity loss due to stress, conflict, and disengagement.  Theory and practice will be blended in an engaging workshop that will leave attendees energized and more engaged.

Three themes will be addressed:

  1. Wellness: Understanding brain health to improve brain function and manage stress
  2. Human Skills:  Understanding Emotional Styles to manage relationships, biases and diversity.  This is the meat of the workshop with an exploration of how the brain functions under stress and opportunities to explore practices to manage and improve the ways we relate to others.
  3. Engagement: Understanding the importance of purpose alignment to improve motivation and productivity.

The causes and challenges for the three themes will be explored and possible solutions and tactics to be more effective and productive in our work will be presented.
