Eat More Fish!

Employees who make fish and seafood a regular part of their diet will benefit from a welcome dose of protein, fatty acids, and other nutrients.  Distribute flyers or pamphlets on fish and seafood to your workforce.  Helpful tips may include information on the nutritional value of seafood, a guide for buying fish at local supermarkets, instructions for preparing and cooking seafood, and healthy recipes.
