Host a Salad Bar Buffet

Whet your employees’ appetites for vegetables and other produce by hosting a salad bar buffet.  During the event, distribute  Canada’s Food Guide. Emphasize the amount of vegetables that employees should eat in a given day.  Supplement this information with a listing of local farmers’ markets, a price guide for popular produce, and a selection of vegetable-rich recipes.  Also consider distributing information on how to properly purchase and store vegetables for maximum freshness.
