Spring Training

Sometimes what holds people back from trying a new sport or activity is the cost and commitment when you don’t know if you will even like it.  Host a free introductory session at work where employees can try something new.  See if there are any employees who have training in an activity (e.g., T’ai Chi, pilates, kettle bell weights, Nordic walking) and get them to lead the event.  Otherwise, contact local fitness centres and studios to see if someone will offer a complimentary class.
